Here's some random info about me.

I have a cat, Mr. Max. He's a great roommate as well as a faithful friend. I adopted Mr. Max while I lived in Texas.

My taste in TV shows is rather eclectic. I'm a big fan of Lexx and own all of the DVDs released so far. Other shows I've enjoyed include include Beavis & Butt-head, Married with Children, Aeon Flux, The X-Files, The Outer Limits, The Prisoner, and Futurama. And every once in a while I don't mind catching a rerun of The Bob Newhart Show on Nick-at-Nite.

I have a small local-area network at home consisting of an HP Pavilion running Fedora Core 9 Linux, and an Apple Macintosh G5 running Mac OS X. I do all of my development work on the Linux machine and use the Mac for multimedia, games, and pretty much everything else.

I hate doomed projects and death marches. I can't stand people who get obsessed with one technology and think that it's a solution for all engineering problems.

Finally, here is the obligatory picture of me. Yes, it's bleached.
